Borough is where our London adventures began back in the late 90s, then a little stall selling once a month at Henrietta Green's Food Lovers' Fair, now a stalwart of the market open five days a week.
Our Borough shop has long been a destination butcher's shop for chefs, food enthusiasts and tourists alike, and is probably the shop that receives more "off the wall requests" for bits of obscure offal, caul fat, noses and tails. Manager Tom and Head Butcher Kevin lead the butchery team including our longest standing butcher, John, our newest recruit, Slavo, with Olly and Joel in between. As well as our rare and native breed pork, beef, lamb, chicken, bacon and sausages, you'll find excellent French poultry, Limousin veal, game when in season and a broad selection of cold cuts, pies and our hot sausage rolls.
