“I attended the beef butchery class yesterday evening at the Moxon Street shop and wanted to drop you an email to thank you for a fantastic evening – I wasn’t quite sure on what to expect but now want to do the Pork class after having a really good time. The course itself was very interesting and I picked up some great information and tips, purchasing beef will never be the same again – the food was simply the best beef I’ve eaten and the potatoes that accompanied them were to die for! I cannot wait to cook the beef which I prepared (its huge!!)  and also try the different cuts we discussed throughout the course. Not only did we learn how to butcher beef but there was a huge amount of background information regarding how beef is hung – I will certainly be better informed when I next visit the butchers!
