Butchers

Our butchery team of Daniel, Cosmin and Adam take great pride in displaying the range and quality of meat we have available. Please feel free to ask them any questions you have about all the meat cuts and how best to cook them.

Like our other shops we offer all the traditional cuts of lamb, pork, beef and mutton. If you want special cuts of meat not on display, the butchery team will be more than happy to oblige. If you visit the shop in the early part of the week you will see our butchers in action breaking down the carcass to the cut you want , showing the link between the animal in the field and the food on our plates.

We have 20 plus varieties of sausages available, including 8 gluten free varieties. Our dry cured bacon comes from our free range pigs.

Deli items

We are continuing to stock all our range of Ginger Pig pies and sausage rolls, Ginger Pig cooked hams, , eggs, chutneys and other meat condiments, herbs and spices etc , in our butchers shop upstairs.

Meat Kitchen

We are busy working on the downstairs of our shop which will shortly turn into our 'Meat kitchen' where we will hold our Meat Cookery Classes. For more information see our Meat kitchen web page.

It has been brought to our attention that a number of our customers have thought that we have moved our deli across the road, this is not the case, customers wanting to buy Ginger Pig sausage rolls, pies and Hams can only get them from our own our butchers shop.
