Over the last month we have had the student Photographer, Claire Clutterbuck working with us, across our shops in London & up in Yorkshire. She has been working with The Ginger Pig for her project  'From Field to Consumer' which looks to capture the characters behind the food we eat. 

Conceived initially as an expose to the ubiquitous 'organic' branding on the supermarket shelves, she was inspired by the 'field-to-consumer' business model of the GInger Pig to tell a more positive story. She was specifically inspired by the passion, craftsmanship and dedication evident in every aspect of the business and the unique ability for Farmer, Butcher, Cook & Shop keeper to meet regularly around the farm table to discuss and constantly improve the end result. 

Claire is currently studying for her foundation degree in professional photography at City of Westminster College, London.
