Choose from the cuts on display, or place a special order and we’ll do it even if it means starting with the carcass and breaking it all the way down to the cut you want. It’s about showing the link between the animal in the field and the food on our plates. Our butchery team at the market, led by the two Kiwis, Chris and Karl, are some of the most experienced in the business, and they love being given the opportunity to show you what they can do.
