A full service butchers shop headed by butchers Perry and Borut, offering our complete selection of meats in ready-to-buy cuts, poultry from Yorkshire farms that we know and trust, as well as our range of sausages, pies and charcuterie all made on the premises by our master charcutier, Paul Hughes.
Try our hot water pastry pork pies, made from a fantastic recipe by Elizabeth David, or pick up a kilo or two of Paul’s sausages, the classic made from 100% Tamworth pork, our own Toulouse or Merguez, or something from the constantly changing list of specials that we always offer.
