Q. I love your sausages but I am following a low carb diet - could you tell me which ones are low or no carb? I assume the gluten free ones are but are there any others that are 98% meat or above which I could have? Also no sugar (miso and honey would be out - not that I've ever seen these!)

It's great to hear you love our sausages. All our sausages have 80% or above meat and our gluten free sausages have no rusk at all and are 98% or above meat. None of our sausages have any added sugar. We have a range of 12 different sausages and usually keep our highest stock of sausages at Borough Market, although you are welcome to visit our Marylebone shop.
